A delivery group organised around evidence

SoftSoft was founded in Almaty in 2014 by engineers who had spent years rebuilding documentation after the fact. The group now runs three delivery offices and a quality function that operates independently of project management.

How the group is organised

Delivery is split into four sector practices (health, life sciences, financial and public), each led by an engineering principal who owns technical decisions, and paired with a quality lead who owns the evidence trail. The two roles never report to the same person, which is what keeps documentation honest when a deadline moves.

Every engagement runs inside a controlled procedure set: requirements, risk, design, verification, release. Auditors do not receive a reconstructed story; they receive the record the team was already working from.

We hire slowly. Engineers joining the group complete an internal programme on the applicable framework before they touch a controlled repository, and quality specialists come from inspection, notified body or laboratory backgrounds rather than from documentation roles.
